Rock to Rock is Moving Forward -

Keeping Our Community Safe

& Raising Critical Support

We've been consulting with our riders and our partner organizations, and following directives from local and state officials closely -- and we're excited with the 2022 plan.

Our reduced registration fees reflect our commitment to making Rock to Rock a community event that includes everyone.

And, because they need our support for their critical work, fundraising for our 20+ Rock to Rock partners is moving full speed ahead.

If you can, please register, fundraise, or give today. We are in this together, and will make it through together.

YOU decide which route is right for you. Our 12-mile20-mile, 40-mile, and metric century routes explore our community's parks and greenspaces, back roads and city streets, city neighborhoods and small towns. We also will have hikes and two Family Rides that stay within East Rock Park. The first Family Ride is 1-mile long and very easy, the other is 5-miles roundtrip to the summit and back. The rides will be staggered from 8 am to 11 am (details). We encourage you to select a route that is manageable for you. There is plenty of time left in the season to amp up your mileage. Slower riders should arrive early and leave in the first staggered start groups. There will also be a Bike Rodeo organized by NHCAT to build biking skills.

You can bike, walk, run, jog, or exercise at home and use the hashtags #MyRocktoRock and #RocktoRock2023 to share your experience with our community.

Green Fair

In 2023, we are bringing back the Green Fair 11am - 2pm with food trucks, live music (Gammy Moses and Nu Haven Kapelye All Stars) and partner tables with information about ways to get further involved with our 20+ partners and the environmental and community resources that they offer.

15 years, $2 million

Rock to Rock started in 2008, when about 300 riders raised $10,000 for a half dozen local environmental groups. Since then, Rock to Rock has raised more than $2.1 million -- all going to support a greener, healthier, more welcoming, more just community
